FURBALLS CATTERY RATES: PER DAY ARE INCLUSIVE of arrival and departure day (Please Telephone or email for our current rates)
FURBALLS CATTERY BOOKINGS: Are subject to a 3 day minimum. A 7 day minimum may apply during peak periods inc Christmas, New Year and Easter.
PAYMENT: DUE IN FULL 4 weeks prior to arrival day. Most major credit/debit cards accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: Bookings can be cancelled within a cooling off period without penalty.
The cooling off period ends 14 days after the day the contract is entered into.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g. preferably via email to email@example.com) You may use the model cancellation form here but it is not obligatory
If you opt to have the service start before the end of the 14 day cooling off period you need to make an express request for this. You can still cancel within the cooling off period but you will be liable for the cost of any service carried out prior to cancellation.
In the event you cancel part or all of your booking after the 14 day cooling off period has passed we will make a charge for each day that we are unable to rebook your space with another client.
EARLY DEPARTURES:. If you arrange to collect your cat before the end of your booking we will make a charge for each day that we are unable to rebook your space with another client.
OPENING HOURS: All visitors to Furballs Cattery are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY .
· 8am – Midday – Monday to Saturday. (Office hours 8am – 5pm – Monday to Saturday)
· The Cattery is CLOSED: Sundays and all Bank Holidays (inc Christmas Eve) so cats cannot arrive or depart on those days
VACCINATIONS: All cats must have full and current vaccinations.
HEALTH/ILLNESS: Any health, dietary or behavioural problems must be declared at the time of booking/prior to arrival. All cats will be examined on arrival; Furballs reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health .Any medication to be administered during your cat(s) stay will incur an extra charge per cat per day.
FLEAS: All cats must be treated for fleas prior to arrival at Furballs. Please note: Any cat(s) found suffering flea infestation will be treated appropriately and the Owner charged.
FURBALLS CATTERY VET: In case of illness/emergency we have 24 hour veterinary cover. All costs of veterinary treatment must be borne by you the owner.
SHARED ACCOMMODATION: Only cats from the same household may share the same accommodation. Any owner requiring their cats to share accommodation, do so at their own risk. Veterinary fees incurred for treating cats that share accommodation and harm each other will be the responsibility of the owner. We also reserve the right to separate any one, or more, cat(s) needing medication, treatment and/or special diets during their stay. The owner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
INDEFINITE STAYS: 21 days notice of departure is required In the case of long term boarders, accounts will be paid monthly in advance.
CAT CARRIERS: Please ensure that your cat is SECURELY transported in a proper cat carrier. Furballs Cattery cannot accept responsibility taken for loss of cat due to unsafe carriers.
NO COLLECTION: If an owner fails to collect their cat(s) within 7 days of departure date and has not contacted Furballs Cattery. We reserve the right to re-home the cat.
Whilst cats boarding at Furballs receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner.
